Privacy Statement / Law AVG General Regulation Data Protection
When I, Lenie Kamstra, as an artist work with personal data, I will observe the current privacy legislation. The personal data that we have at our disposal, we make transparent by means of this privacy statement. In addition we clarify what we do with the personal data. We process a limited number of personal data about you because you make use of our services and/or because you have provided us with these data.
An overview of the personal data that we process
Personal data that we process are: name, e-mail address, sometimes address and telephone number. By checking these details we can identify you and prevent fraud.
Processing purposes
The personal data mentioned above are used to communicate with you. We communicate with you about art news, exhibitions and other news that may be of interest to you. We do this by means of newsletters/e-mail.
Storage period
We are not bound by legal retention periods. In order to be able to communicate with you in a good way, we will keep your personal data. However, personal data will not be kept longer than strictly necessary. If you submit a request to have your personal data removed by us, these data will be removed within 2 weeks after your request.
Sharing with third parties
We will not provide your data to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you. We have concluded a processor agreement with the organisations that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
Security
We take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access and other unwanted actions with personal data.
Rights of the parties concerned
